Where is Palmbux???

It's been days now and when I search palmbux it always go error. I'm sure that this is a trusted ptc site but why is it ding this? I've tried both of my browsers but this is all that it displays... Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to palmbux.com The server at palmbux.com is taking too long to respond. Is anyone having the same problems???
