Elebux or element bux is on construction?

I just joined this website under people's recommendation, elebux seems under construction during the weekend. I log in today in attempt to make some extra money, but it still not be able to allow members to read ads to earn that $0.04 per day. I just wonder when will it be available again, or it just gonna turn into scam sites which I don't it to happen. Anyone know?
