Have you wanted to try Weight Watchers but couldn't afford it?

I found myself one day amongst an entire family of women who were overweight. The epedemic of obesity is becoming very severe. I see it everyday. But what can a person do? All these weight loss programs cost a pretty penny that some people just cannot afford, or don't want to waste the money on paying out for a weight loss service that they don't know will work for them. I have stumbled upon a program that follows the Weight Watchers program. Although in no way is it the actual program. The thing you pay for at Weight Watchers is the meetings. You won't get meetings. You will get a spreadsheet. It will show you how to track what you eat and show you how to calculate Points. I have wrote an article on the program and placed a link in it. I suggest you read the article and then decide wither you are ready to being a new lifestyle. I have already lost nearly 10 lbs in a little over two weeks. It worked for me. This is my holiday gift to all of you. Give me your comments on the program. I will post a link to the article in my profile. I wish you all the best of health for this New Year!

Thanks for the link. I might have to pass the file on to my mother, who has told me that she was serious about getting into better shape this year. I'll hold her to that.

What's great about this spreadsheet program is that all you need is a computer to be able to use it. It supplies you with all the knowledge, the calculators, and how to apply the new eating style. I've found it to be very helpful. I have lost just as much weight as my cousin who pays something ridiculous like $250.00 a season for her weight watchers. I was very pleased with myself and with the program that I thought I would share it!

It is a great money saver. Honestly, even though I could afford a real program, I don't want to spend the money one something like that. This way, I can do it for free. And at the end of the day, is that not what we all want? I sure do. Thank you!

First off, congratulations on your 10-pound loss. Although I wouldn't consider myself obese, and I don't look at Weight Watchers or other progams, I do have a few pounds that I need to shed off. I've also been meaning to get healthy, and exercise, and all that, but so far the farthest I've gone through is just watch The Biggest Loser. Anyway, I'd look into your spreadsheet and maybe it would be something useful to me.

I'm in the same boat as you, or was. I made it a New Years resolution because I was unhappy where I was. It's not a horrible diet, I can still go to Mcdonalds... but only have a hamburger, and eat well the rest of the day. I hope you look into it!
