Increasing weight is the major problems today. Lack of exercise and eating junk foods, leads to increase in weight. Weight loss is a must for a healthy life . I used to go for jogging regularly. Is this only enough for weight loss? Or we have to do more exercise.

i am so much fatty.but i dont know how can i loss my weight?i feel sometime so bad when my friends are talking about my fat and when they wear nice dress.they said it is not for me because i am so fatty in that dress i look so bad.that time i just feel so sad.but i do not have so much time to do jogging because i am a student.i really do not know when i will get slim. thank you so much

exercise, yes, you should do that for a more sound body. As for the food, I really believe that there are a lot of misconceptions about the foods that are good and bad for you. For example, you will hear a lot of people talk about staying away from carb and fat but did you know that there are lots of good carb and fat out there and that they are needed in fat-burning? Do not believe hearsays, a little research will show you that you can actually eat a lot and still lose weight depending on which food you eat. Anyway, for now, I will just advise you to refrain from junk foods and processed foods. These would really make you gain weight because they allow for the storage of bad body fats because their chemical contents are considered garbage by the body and they hinder the efficiency of the liver slowing down fat-burning.

Exercise and diet are the best ways to control your weight. Expend more claories than you take in. Don't eat big meals, cut out fast food and eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Walk and jog and swim!

i gain a lot because i eat plenty of rice, meats and junk foods. now i loose weight i drink plenty of water, less rice or carbohydrates, more vegetables and fish,less meat.i do exercise also simple but effective.
