Well, in order to set up a paypal account, you need to have a pancard. It will take just 15days or something to get the pancard done and it costs you jusr 95rps. After you get the pancard, you can register with the site, www.paypal.com. Registration is nothing but you just have to sign up with the site. After you get the confirmation mail from paypal, you need to link your bank account to the paypal account. All these have easy and simple steps which you will get to know once you check out in the site. I don't think credit card is a must until and unless you want to use it. But Pancard is a must! Well its neccessary to get a pancard to withdraw your collected funds in paypal. You can apply for the same and get it within 20 days or so.
