Hello mylottrs! I am confused with the procedure of EON enrollment online. I entered the cyberaccount login which opened a new window. It is asking my my card number which I entered. The problem now is the PIN it is asking. The union bank told ,e not to give any PIN number. But how could I enroll if I cannot write the PIN number which it is asking. The bankd issued me a PIN that I changed. Please help! ! ! Thanks in advance.

Oh dear! Simply put the 4 digit PIN which is on the paper the bank gave you. Since you made a change, then you should put the new PIN. When the bank representative says that you should not give your PIN means, do not give it to an unauthorized person or third party. When enrolling your EON account to the UNIONBANK online system, that is not considered as third party. It is also considered as the "Bank" and part of their service is you can access your account online, so don't worry about it. Hope by now, you were able to enroll your account and link your card to paypal after. Good Luck!

Hello maean, Are you sure I am going to write my new pin? Have you done it personally? I am confused with what the bank teller told me. He told me not to give my PIN number to anyone more so in the internet. I understood this as not even them. I personally asked them what to write in the PIN number if I am going to enroll online. I was told there is no such thing as PIN number being asked from their bank. But I saw it online when I tried to brows how could I verify my paypal before I went out to get my card from their bank. I was not wrong with that. Eon card Online enrollment needs a PIN. Now I am having a problem, it says wrong pin number. I tried several times, the reply- exceeded pin tries! ! ! I hate it! ! !

Ok let us do this step by step my dear. You have your card, right? You also have the PIN # which is contained in a paper sealed. Next step is to enroll your card to EON CYBERACCOUNT, right? As far as I can remember, you are asked to give your "card number" and "PIN #". Your PIN # serves as the password. If you will not enroll your card, you cannot get the CODE which you will enter in verifying your paypal debit card. Did you change your PIN #? If you did, that's the thing that I have not encountered yet on how to do it. Now, let us deal with the "INVALID PIN"...When did you enroll your card? If you done it on weekends, then it will really end that way. When you enroll your card, it takes 48 hours or 2 banking days to be activated. I have experienced that and I wrote to the UNIONBANK support about that matter and that was what they told me. Then, when Wednesday came, I logged in to my EON account, and there I can open and browse it. By the way, is your account 0 balance? You have to deposit at least P200. because Paypal will credit P100. from EON for verification. Though it will be refunded to you once it is verified. With your EON account, you can see your statements there. Hope I was able to help you on this.
