As a student of a high rank university plus expensive one, I remained only one more semester to complete my degree and the money that my parents had in reserve for my future is not enough for me to finish it... What should i do? I was thinking of extending my semester into two... but my living expenses would be more? what other options am i left for to choose?

I would recommend getting some sort of loan to pay like a Direct Stafford Loan. The subsidized loan does not accrue interest while you are in school but you must demonstrate financial need to qualify. The unsubsidized the school will determine how much you can borrow and interest starts to accrue right away. I would recommend not getting a part time job, but concentrating on your studies. You can always pay back loans after college. Focus on your studies to get a good job.

Do your parents have enough credit to co-sign a loan for you? If you are doing well at a high-rank university, you should be able to finish your last semester without the pressure of a part-time job dragging down your marks, if you can't handle work and school.
Does the school have a finances department that you could call and explain the situation? For only one last semester, perhaps you could arrange to pay in installments? Or do you qualify for government aid?

I guess you can take a loan from a bank and finish your studies as soon as possible. Start searching for the jobs from now so that by the time you finish your studies, you already have a job under your belt and you can start earning immediately to clear your loan off. You have mentioned that you study in a high rank university so getting a job wont be a prob for you.
