OMG I love Pugs so much and today I was watching Nick Jr. with my kids and a show came on called "Dino Dan". This show features the cutest little pug that I have ever seen. I had to take a snapshot of him. I swear half the show is just closeups of this cute little guy. The pug's character is named "Doug the Pug". Isn't that priceless? Anyhow, look at his picture and tell me if you don't think he is just too cute. I had to share this with all my fellow dog lovers and pug lovers out there in myLot land. Have a nice day and happy myLotting!!!

Pugs are adorable, in a really strange way. I love their buggy little eyes and they always look like they're smiling. I took one of those silly quizzes about what dog breed you would be if you were a dog based on your personality. I would be a pug. I've loved those little guys ever since then because that gave me reason to learn all about them. The link to the quiz is http://www.gotoquiz.com/what_breed_of_dog_are_you in case you're interested. I adore my little Maltese cuties but, if I ever decide to get another dog, it would most likely be a pug. I think that name, Doug, is ADORABLE for a pug! Doug the pug.

my tablemate as a male maltese and he is a real sweetie she calls him Andy Panda. I first met him before I met Sandra. she has a heart condition so she had a young male friend walk Andy for her. He brought Andy into the lounge where I was sitting and the young man asked me if I wanted to pet Andy.I said,"oh yes I would love to" and he set Andy up on the sofa beside me.Well Andy looked at me and immediately got in mylaop and turned his tummy up to be petted. and when the young man came back to take Andy upstairs to his mistress Andy would not budge. The fellow laughed and called to him , he wou ld not move so the fellow had to lift him out of my lap and put his leash on and start pulling him towards the door. andy tried to get back but he had to go. so when I became acquainted with Sandra and we were outside she had Andy and andy made a beeline for mylap. tummy up for a petting, he was so fuzzy and hair in his eyes, he really was a sweetie and so friendly wow.

Maltese are really cute too but I really love pugs. I bought my husband 2 pugs when we were dating and then when we got married my in-laws had fallen in love with them so they ended up keeping them. I remember how playful they were and they have such a distinctive bark. The next dog I get is going to be a pug. Thanks for your comment and have a great day!!

I bet you spoiled her for those six months too! Our cat sleeps on our bed every night but I just know when we get the pug he or she will be up there too. I just wonder how the cat will take it. Thanks for your comment and have a great day!!

hi schulzie he is really a cutie. He has an expressive face withthose eyes and that tip of his little pink tongue showing. he makes me think he is thinking I gotta show off for these people so they will drool over me and I c an get a dog biscuit or too. he he.glad you shared and I had always though pugs and bull dogs were vicious and mean like bull terriers and they really are not at all. He looks just cute and cuddly.

You know, it's funny you mention bulldogs and pugs together like that. My husband wants a bulldog very badly but I just don't think we can afford one at the moment. But on the other hand I think a pug would be just right. They do look a little grumpy because of their faces but they are sweet dogs. Thanks for your comment and have a great day!!

I love pugs too. I used to have 2 of them, a male and a female but that was almost 20 years ago now. They were so sweet and so mischevious. And if anyone even started walking into our driveway they would be our sentries - alerting us to the fact that someone was there to visit us. I haven't seen this show you're talking about but the picture of the pug you put up here is adorable.. His little tongue sticking out is so cute.

I couldn't comment on your photo for some reason but I wanted to post that he is a real cutie. I would hug him all the time..lol. I have never been around many pugs but I bet they are a joy. They look like they would have a lot of personality.

They do have loads of personality. They are very affectionate and are devoted little pets. I am planning on getting a pug puppy this year hopefully. I just have to get some bills squared away first. Thanks for your comment and have a great day!!

Yes, they say that having pets is a good stress reliever. I hope to get a pug soon myself and it would be awesome if the little guy could also relieve my stress too. Thanks for your comment and have a great day!!!

Pugs are so cute. There is a lady in my apartment complex who I see walk her pug each day. Her dog and my dog kind of circle each other like, I'm cuter! No, I'm cuter! I was in Borders last month and saw the cutest pug calendar.

He is adorable! Pugs are cute, I don't know why, I think it has something to do with their eyes and personalities. It's nice to hear that you're watching with your kids and not just using the TV as a babysitter. I found that when my kids were growing up, watching TV with them sparked a lot of good conversations!

Pugs are really cute. My girlfriend also likes Pugs and really wanted to have one as a pet. Unfortunately, her parents will not allow her to have one because it requires a lot of care and the expenses for its foods, grooming and others. But still, she is looking forward to have one.
