I would have to say before Lil wayne's No ceilings mixtape that the dedication 2 mixtape was the best thing he every done pending the Carter 4. Jay-z best album and to me the most influential album would have to be the Blue print one and two, besides his American Gangster album other than that he can keep the rest of that stuff where he found it. That goes for his first album as well whatever he called it. The next top seeds I would say is J.Cole, Drake, Lupe, Wiz, and that is in the respectful order that it should be in.
