I thin that's one of the best things that you can offer to a person with colds.. preferably.Herbals are good too. They can really help the person since they have lots of vitamins and minerals.

My mom used "atis" leaves- she boiled them in water and made me drink the juice.. Also, she boiled some ginger too. The taste was really not good but it could really cure colds.

Yes you can offer some fruit juice. Fruit is very essential for health. You can add some honey with that juice as honey is very helpful for cold. You can also provide honey without any fruit. Have a good day!!!

Hello snm7520, Who knows ? Here we think that an orange juice is good for a cold. However, a friend pharmacist said me that a well treated cold is cured in one week, and a non treated cold needs 7 days .

Before we offer a drink to a person suffering from colds, we should ask first if she likes to have one. Then, from there you mention what are available so she can choose what she wants. Remember, she's your visitor , so part of entertaining her is giving her refreshments she may want from what is available.
