1st song that u'd teach ur child...

I think we'd all normally teach our kids nursery rhymes so I'd post a different answer. The first song which is not a nursery rhyme that I'd teach my child would probably be From A Distance by Bette Midler. I loved that song as a kid and I could sing the whole thing when I could barely recite tha alphabet.

Jesus Loves Me.....I think this was the first song my oldest son sang back to me.

Twinkle Twinkle little star....that is probably the first one I taught my kids and my grandkids..they hear it all the time and its probably the first one they learn to sing and do actions to.
