Hi, Hramdatt! If you check the answers to your discussion, I would like to tell you that it's urgent to visit a doctor. I hate to do this but years ago I learned a good lesson. I began to feel pains in my stomach but I decided to wait hoping that the problem will disappear from itself without medications. But things were worsening, it began impossible for me to eat and about 10 days later I had a terrible pain attack. Finally I went to see a doctor and I learned that it was a bilious attack. I spend 20 days in a hospital. So the wiser decision is to go and see a doctor! Good luck.

do you soak your beans overnight or at least four hours? that takes out the gas producing elements that often upset peoples tummies? also you really should be checked for acid reflex by your doctor as this is what you sound like you have, he or she will prescribe medications that alleviate those symptoms otherwise you can get an acid burn in your esophagus that will really make you ill. see your doctor at once do not self medicate for this as it is serious.also you could have celiac disease where gluten is something in flour that you are really allergic to, a doctor has to check this out.do not self treat.

Hello harm and welcome to myLot. As for your problem with bean and bean and flour I would say stay away from them. You are probably allergic to them. You may be gluten intolerant. As for the beans If you have an allergy to peanut ten you are most likely allergic to beans.

I think you have serious problem. Why not go to hospital. Go and checkup yourself. Only one specialist can tell you what should you do. But one thing i can tell you stop to eat bean or bean product as it's make burn on your stomach.

hey!ramdatt so sorry to hear that..stomach burning sensation can indicate digestive problem. Common problems associated with stomach burning is indigestion, acid reflux, gas and ulcer. As you said you have problem with beans and flour, I think it causes from acid relaxation. As both beans and flour contain amino acid. For the majority of acid reflux stomach burn or heartburn sufferers antacids are the treatment of choice. Sure, they act quickly but for the serious acid reflux they don't seem to last for very long. and sometimes creates the situation more worse. My first recommendation is try to stop eating food that upset your stomach, contain lots of acid elements, eat less fat and oil...Anyway are you from India? if so try not to use mustard oil in cooking and never use same oil used for fry another time. Try to stop eating fried food, eat boiled veg if you can. I think foods like samosa gives the fuel in stomach burning...anyway that was for if you are Indian.. The healthier way to combat this problem is by using varieties of natural remedies for reflux. 1. Anise, peppermint and lavender tea: this tea does wonders for both acid reflux and heartburn. It helps to neutralize the acid in your stomach. It's easy to cook. All you have to do is... boil- 2 1/2 cup distilled water pour boiling water over a teaspoon of herbal mixture let the tea sit for 3-5 min strain the tea and add a bit of honey if you like.. drink 1 cup (8 ounce) in the morning and 1 cup ( 8 ounce) in the evening to get the full benefit. 2. pineapples: It is a store house of beneficial enzymes that includes bromelain. It helps to break down the proteins during digestion which limits acid production. 3.Chicory root: I actually don't know what it is but I heard from someone about it. It's kind of bitter herbs. you can make a tea from it by boiling 1 1/2 cup of root for 5-10 min. Let it cool down in room temperature and drink it. It works well to smooth both acid reflux and heartburn. 4. Also you can drink chamomile tea, eat ginger root, tumeric, raw almonds, aloe vera juice, and baking soda. 5.Make a cup of thyme tea and drink it on an empty stomach. Fill a cup with boiling water, and add about 1 tbs of dried thyme. cover the cup and let it sleep for 10 min. strain out the thyme and drink the tea. That's all I knew to cure stomach burn naturally. I personally don't have acidity but my mom and dad have and they used some of the remedies I mentioned above, some works well. But you have to know that not all things works for everybody. So best way to prevent stomach burn to stay away from foods that cause burning, full with acid, made from extra oil, and fatty. Sleep well and shortest way to relieve from burning is take antacid or similar medicine that works well for reduce acid production and help digestion foods....or you can take Inno..:P
