Onbux now being run by neobux (?)

There is a rumor that onbux is now being run by neobux now, which would explain the low avg we are getting from the rented referrals since January 1, 2011. I saw a post from another PTC about this. A member of Onbux advertised his new bux site on ONbux, and sure enough he got direct referrals who signed up under his referral link. But, when he checked it, most of his new direct referrals came from NEOBUX! (On some sites you will know where your direct referrals came from) Can there be any other explanation?!
