Star striker Romelo Lukaku has been linked to a move from Anderlecht to Man City. The young 17 year old has scored 13 goals in 20 games this season. Do Manchester City really need any more forwards? Is this just a rumor? Will the additions keep continuing and continuing, and will City buy themselves a title?

Lukaku has indeed potential, I believe he will be a star in a few years. I believe that Man. City will buy it and then loan him out to another english club so that he gets used to the league and settle's down in England. Its becoming popular buying youngsters and them loan them out. Do you agree?

i don't think they would buy him though and than loan him out. he has the quality to start playing right away.

Beside Tevez, they do not have a proven goalscorer. Adebayor is frozen out, Jo is out of favour and out of touch. Dzeko still need settling and have not prove himself. So another unproven and no disrespect, unheard of striker. They are just throwing money around without a purpose. While their midfield is very strong, the same cant be said of the defence. So they should start building this two. Without it, they can forget about the title.

maybe lukaku will add depth since adebayor and jo will likely leave. then they would have lukaku, balotelli, tevez, and adam johnson. but i do agree, they need to strengthen their defense, they're buying forward after forward!

Titles cannot be bought, just a good team to win them. But as long as money is spent just like that, without any tactical reason, the trophies will not come. As for Lukaku, he makes a big mistake if he signs for City so early, because he still needs match practice. And I am not sure that he will get it at City. Maybe only if Tevez will leave.

Man City has way too much money for their own good. They could take in Lukaku but honestly how much would he play they already have Tevez and lots of other good players. Lukaku has also been rumored to be going to Real Madrid. Real Madrid desperatly need a Striker and I wouldn't be suprised if Lukaku goes there.

I hope he ends up at Chelsea, apparently he said before he'd like to come here and that Drogba is an idol for him, he looks like a great talent.
