i remembered my ex-lover,our past,our happiness and sadness in life,
the journey of our life in almost three years,
i always cried because of him, but still i didn't give up,
instead to give up, i loved him more and more.(i am always a martyr).
this was the reason why i kept holding on even i cried many times,
because i was really loved him so much.
this is only my past and i am moving on now (hopefully):)

Crying is a good and normal response when you are in pain. So don't be afraid to cry. You love the person so you are willing to cry for him even more. I always cry because of my bf and have wished it to end. But then, i count back all the years we have been together and I said, more smiles and laughter were shared than tears shed. So i hold back and try to be strong.

i think most of heart broken person really holding on even if still crying 'coz you can forget the person but the memory and time that you were together, bring back that person and think of him so much..that's why you're still holding on..
but time will come that you will move on :)

Hello my friend! How can your heart move on when your thoughts is on him? It is your past, but you are holding on to it. I do not force or rush you to move on, but why not assess your feelings first. There is a battle which has never ended. How can you move on when your love for him grows more and more. I can sense the inconsistency and confusion.

I cried only once for my ex - girlfriend, but she is not worthed of my tears anymore. Am I too weak, even for a man? Maybe I did love her so much once, but I pass that already. I wish her happiness, and I have to moving on with my life too. Any way, to make me feel better, I just have to find another girl who worth my love. Good luck with you too!
