Many of us suffer from kidney problems today. I have read articles which explained that drinking plenty of water minimizes the problem of kidney failure. How far this statement is true?

The kidney is a filter organ. Meaning that all your liquids go through it to be purified before being transferred to the bladder to urinate. Kidney failure can be reduced by drinking pure water, which is already pretty much clean, so it itself helps clean the kidney. Think of your kidney just like an air filter, with time, it gets dirty, so either you gotta clean it out or get a new one. And we all know its simpler to clean a kidney than replace it. haha. ;P hope this helps. I have nutritionists in my family, if you need any other questions answered let me know and I can help you as much as possible. ;P
