the probable cause of this problem are: (aside of having intact cable connections) 1. perhaps the power supply is in malfunction 2. the processor is deteriorated 3. the mother board has bloated capacitor 4. lastly, hard disk is in trouble. base on my experience these are the common problems occur when the computers will not boot at all.

Does the processor can also be deteriorated? and How could I know if there are some bloated capacitor in my mother board? If the capacitor of the mother board will be bloated is there any chances to replace it?

yes processor can be deteriorated. remove the motherboard on your pc. bloated capacitor is visual. if the shape of capacitor is big different from other normal capacitor then it might be the defective one. yah, u can replace it and soldered to function the motherboard again. that if you are expert in electronics. and if you have a friend who is electronic engineer he can solve that kind of problem. here we repair pc, buy surplus parts and fix it to utilize the parts. that what we did in our internet cafe
