why don't we have regulations on having children

how come in every country we need a license or permit to do just everything besides have children? think about it. look at everything we need a license to do: -spray hazardous chemicals -drive a car -build a shed on our own property -remodel our house -perform electrical repairs in our house so why don't we need a permit, license, certification or any type of regulation on bringing another life form into every country? i think parenting should be under more scrutiny than anything listed above.

Don't you think having a child is a bit more of a personal responsibility? The government have enough rights to meddle with our lives and I think that's enough. If they implement another one for having a baby, that's just not democracy anymore.

nice interesting post, funnily enough I sorta agree to the point, but isn't that the job of a birth certificate. Besides, from my entire knowledge, China is the only Country that has a birth regulation due to overpopulation
