Legit PTC Sites?

Hey guys, is Palmbux and LinkGrand a legit PTC site. I'm just curious because I've heard of all those online scam sites, so are these legit?

LinkGrand is definitely a legit site. They have been there for years.
About Palmbux, it was a scam site earlier and the ownership has been changed 3 times. The new owner is James and he is running palmbux decently. But it is not right time to say it is legit. We have to wait and give it some more time.
