Uncooked Winners..Good or Bad Snack ?

Okay, I know the answer to that one already..there is no way they could be good for you but I am just curious how many others eat uncooked winners.
I cannot keep a pack of winners in my fridge that is in sight or they will be all gone before I even have a chance to fix Hot Dogs for dinner. EVERYONE, including myself will grab one when they open fridge. I have to hide them in the back the draw..out of sight, out of mind. Anyone else ?

First of all, a winner is a noun, typically referring to a person or animal that has accomplished something. However, a WEINER is a food, such as a hot dog or sausage. I'm hoping that you aren't really meaning "winners" and implying that you eat people, because that's cannibalism, my good friend, and that is typically frowned upon in most countries of Earth. Secondly, it's spelled D-R-A-W-E-R, just "draw" doesn't make sense. Anyway, yes, occasionally I do eat "uncooked" hot dogs, but you need to keep in mind that they aren't raw. They've been cooked, so they're perfectly fine to eat. They're just a bit cold.

For starters, my hat is off to you because I am a very blunt, straight forward person and I would have not had the guts to correct someone's post as much as you did mine. However, with that said I want to thank you for bringing it to my attention.
I had a miserable Monday and truly did not have the frame of mind to be writing. I always double check my postings before submitting them, and it just so happened that this post was not doubled check. It was not even checked once before submitting.
I had just gotten a call from the school nurse saying my child was sick and I needed to pick her up. So I ended it fairly quickly, submitted it, and ran out the door. For this I do want to apologize.
As far as the "raw" part, it is the word I have ALWAYS used, ( got from childhood ) for when I have not grilled or boiled them. "Raw" may not be politically correct to most, but to me it is. It might be a "Bama" thing lol.
Again, I say thank you because it has opened my eyes up to several things. I hope you have a great day !

Hi. sunshine37. I usually cook my hotdogs thoroughly all of them. I never eat any uncooked hotdogs. When I was younger, I did so every blue moon. Now, I make sure that I boil my hotdogs completely before eating it. I also cook fully cooked hotdogs the same way too. My nephews eat hotdogs like this, uncooked and my husband thinks that they should stop doing this too. Their mom has them eating them like this. I would never allow my kids to eat uncooked hotdogs or wieners without them being cooked properly.
