How would you feel when you have reached the 500 post Mylot limit?

It is becoming clearer to me right now as regards the meaning of the number stipulated beside the user name. When, for example, wildlittlefan has 501 at the right side, signifies that he or she has posted comments 501 times already. That's great! It just shows how diligent, hard working and patient a member could be based on the number tag. However, I surmised that discussions placed inside the "your response" box with "post response" button below it, is different from the items one has written in the "add comment" box where you can do chatting or give brief replies to given replies from the members. I am concerned about this because I have 11 but I've been posting comments 20 times already. I must admit that I have 11 or so responses posted in "your response box," while the rest were posted in the "add comment" box and they were unaccounted for. I am not whining about anything; this is plain statement of fact, that is, statement of what is factually happening in the site. Having said this, it dawned upon me how much efforts myLotters must have invested just to be able to submit hundreds and thousands of articles. This simply shows the type of character and discipline myLot members have. I do not know if I can do it myself; it requires more time to come face to face with the computer. With regard to 100 points requirement (a requirement for each member to reach before he or she can rate + or - to the postings), is it derived from the posted responses being made hundred times? Or is the number of points based on the quality of work where each article is given 2 points or 5 points or 10 points as the case may be? I am floating this concern because I have no idea about it and I want to know what it is all about. Can anyone help me, please?

im new to my lot so what is the 500 post limit. i researched the site but didnt see anything about that. that does seem like a very big accomplishment and i hope to reach it sometime.

Happy to hear that your going to or have reached the 500 post. I myself am eyeing that. I have been year over 2 years and have not reached. It is because I seldom login to mylot. But I'm going to achieve that feet hopefully soon. Good luck to all of us!!!

Yeah, Mylot is really an excellent site. I just did not give it a good look the first time I joined. But when I tried to navigate the site and read some discussion, I found out that I can do other things , of course with your help too! ! ! Now I know how to upload a photo in my discussion. I just gave it a try just few minutes ago. ha ha ha I am still trying to post to reach that 500 too.

You can be proud of yourself.You posted pretty much here on Mylot.I think it was not easy to achieve this mileston.I hope you fell well rewarded for you're hard work. I hope one day i will reach the 500 post milestone just like you.Sometimes i just felt like i'm going to stop posting because its not worth the money and my time but i realized,if i'm doing this just for money it's not fun at all.I learned that you need to do this for fun and if you're enjoying it.Mylot is a great comunity you can always learn something new,meet people all around the world and while you're having fun you also earn some extra spending cash.

When i reached my 200 i got my smilies! Just this week i already reached my 500 ! So, i was already able to copy and paste my started discussions which i did offline, because Mylot seems to be so slow at some point of the day. I was so happy to have those privileges!

Wow my friend that is a good milestone here in mylot keep it up. Actually when i reached 500 points here another advantages I received - can copy paste option. Also I remember 1st payment received. Reaching a target with something extra earn will booster our morale... see you around

I will be so happy if it does happen. What I do sometimes is do my response in word when I know it is gonna be long so that I can respond to some other discussion while thinking of an answer to the previous discussion. Then when I finish my article, that is when I realize that I am not yet allowed to copy paste. hahaha... It happened to me 3 times. I keep forgetting...hahaha...
