Paracetamol is one of the good medicine for fever. It is not antibiotic but it is very helpful to decrease our body temperature. One day I had fever and I had to work in rain then the fever was became high at night. I was nothing to do at midnight because I was in village. Then my mother manage a paracetamol tablet and I took it with water. I realize that my body temperature are decreasing and at last my body temperature became normal. I never forgot this experience. Now always I keep two paracetamol tablet with me. I know it very well that paracetamol tablet is not good for our health.

Paracetamol is an anti-pyretic with an analgesic action. So it can be used in fever with bodyache. It is comparatively safe. But in spite of all these qualities, it is not wise to take it indiscriminately.

ok.paracetamol is very good at reducing fever.but dont take paracetamol regularly or excessively..it may cause many side effects..and also dont self examine yourself.Fever is only the symptom..it is not a disease.also paracetamol only lowers the body temperature.not the fever actually.it acts on the hypothalamus and regulates body temperature.also paracetamol is a good analgesic.Hope this information will help you.
thanks for the discussion
