Where are Mylotters going on vacation this year 2011? and when?

Hello, Since it is snowing here and we are expeded like 8 inches and I trying to think of thoughts and ideas for my vacation. Where are mylotters going this year for vacation and when are you going? are you staying home and going locally? are you going by car, plane or train. i heard the planes are full now and ticket prices are getting more expensive. Honestly, I don't know if I'll be able to go on vacation this year. Right now, I'm finishing up my undergraduate degree, and my husband is looking for a more full-time job, while working part-time for a former professor of his. So, let's face it, we don't have a lot of money right now. Right now, it really doesn't seem like going on vacation is a possibility this year.

Vacation? What is this "vacation" you speak of? The word sounds familar like something I might have once had in the distant past like some 19 years ago. Did they go extinct or something?

I know the feeling-lmao. Vacation sounds like a word in a language I've never heard of. But if I'm lucky I may be able to take my online earnings and go to VEGAS this summer. If that falls through the boys are still going to their dads for a week and I'm turning off everything but my cell(for emergencies)and pretend I don't hear the door or anything else. Hi unique16, to us, people who live in the tropical region don't have the chance to watch snowy scene for the hot climate all the year round here. Therefore we couldn't realize how beautiful the genuine snowy scene is or how inconvenient or severe the situation it would be if having snowstorm. I think for people who live in such places it's nice and comfy for them to go on vacation to places where the weather there is warm and comfortable. I couldn't afford to spend my holidays visiting temperate country with beautiful snowy scenic sites. I could afford to spend a few days vacation to a nearby mountain resort to escape from the scorching hot. Yeah, the weather there is cold and and the air there is fresh as well. It's so relaxing to have brisk walk along the path where there are trees and other plants with their respective fascinating blooms on either side. There are yet many fantastic places to explore as well Happy vacation

I didn't have a vacation last year, and I seriously doubt I will have one this year. But maybe I can find some fun things to do around here that are cheap, but enjoyable. I'd love to get away, but circumstances and financial issues prevent that.

hello AmbiePam, My boyfriend and I like to weekend vacation like to the shore and very nice park and after the walk we go to nice restraunt he loves sitting outdoors to eat on summer days. He also loves to fish so I been learning all about that and poles and reels and wire and type of fish. I do adore the minnows and how they bump you if your but is low in the water it like a mini massage funny huh! Thanks and have a great weekend Sincerely Unqiue16

In January to February 2011 I took my disabled toddler son and baby daughter on a trip to Colombia. We flew from London to Cartagena De Indias via Madrid and Bogota. On our lovely trip we spent time in Cartagena De Indias and Santa Marta on the Caribbean coast.

I will be going to Iowa this year. I also hope to go to yellowstone national park to see all the wonderful scenery and nature they have there and to see all the amazing wildlife.
