If you are the admin of this site, what would you change.. , and especially why?

I would definitely like to see the negative (-) taken away, since i feel it's used way too much and for the wrong reasons. some people just don't understand that just because you don't agree with a discussion or response, this is no reason to rate it negatively.i also feel there are those who use it out of spite, jealousy and even boredom (i was on a discussion where someone actually said they were rating this persons discussion negativley, because they were "bored" and the discussion lacked "substance")even though many who responded to it, didn't feel that way at all.if someone feels a certain discussion is argumentative, rude or insulting or doesn't contribute to the Mylot community,then the (-)fufills it's purpose but you also have the opition to report it to the admin,so that it can be handled properly.Since, in my opinion they are the only ones who are qualified to make that decision.

HIDIDI if I were admins nobody starting here could post a discussion until they have made 100 points just responding and READING ALL THE MY LOT INFORMATION ALL OF IT, AND WOULD BE PENALIZED FOR ASKING THE SAME FOOL QUESTION ONE HUNDRED TIMES A DAY TO OLDER MYLOTERS.aLSO'THEY MUST PASS A TEST ON THE INFO BEFORE THEY MAKE ONE DISCUSSION.my rant for the day. I really wish this cou ld be installed and carried through for the good of all, specially we who tell newcomers over and over and are not heard nor heeded.Like the Lamb I get so fed up at'times I feel like bashing mycomputer in frustration at being asked the same few questions over and over and over again. d oes anyone read that information anymore and if not why not?
