Why you tube is not paying a share to its users??

Isn't there a site called paid2youtube or something along them lines. I think I signed up but their server crashed and since I was a new member at the time their back up files didn't save me in their database so I can't really comment on what it's like. Also do you upload videos yourself? Because if you get a number of views and subscribers I'm sure theirs a way to become a you tube affiliate or something I'll post the link of the page to your private message don't think I'm aloud to here or is that only for referral links?

Youtube actually pay users with original videos, Its called partnership but our countries are not yet part of it but I was able to get partnership because a friend of mine who is in australia upload my video blogs for me and we share the profit.If you can manage to get millions of views without copyright materials, as in videos of your self, You can either have partnership, or have your own merchandise or have fans donate money to you. If you are a singer song writer, You have a youtube channel and you can get thousands to millions of views, you can put an itunes link of your original song and get paid.
