How Far Can You Trace Back Your Memories To ?

At the age of 50, I can trace back to my childhood memories easily. I can recall my memories tracing back to my Nursery class and I even remember the face of my Nursery Teacher! Before my entering to the school, I can remember few things as a Kid I used to play. I have faint memories as a small child travelling along with my parents in a train possibly I was two years old at that time.
Can you tell how far you can go back tracing your memories to! Hope most of us can easily trace back our memories to the first day at our school ! Please respond!

Too bad, I can't remember most of my childhood memories.
Or maybe due to some incidents during my childhood I decided to remove all of my memories?
I can remember some though during my primary level at school. Most are from school.

I'm 16. I do not remember many things from when I was a child. I hardly remember my first day of school, but I remember a lot of things from when I was 3 or 4. I can remember that my cousin and I used to play at a park near to my house(the one I'm still living in). That's interesting. You made me remember many things from when I was younger.

I'm 30 years & my earlier memory was my sister & I sitting in the back seat of a car with my grandfather. I was about 2 years old. It's a simple memory but it's the only one I have of my grandfather because we moved away after that and then he passed away. (Sorry I didn't mean for it to end on a depressing note.)

Some incidents really make long lasting impressions in the form of memory in ones life which are more or less permanent in nature! Any way dear friend 30 years is not too big age to forget most of the things happen in the past anyways! Thanks for responding!

I think I remember when I was about 2 or 3. I remember hanging wiht my great grampa and playing wiht a pair of slippers. I remember my grandma playing rock a by baby wiht me all the time. lol! I can also remember my first day of school and beeing in pre-school as well.
