At last I've cooked Carbonara style with tuna as the main ingredient. The good news is that my family ate it with gusto and loved it! I really am beginning to love cooking and how rewarding it is after and when the people around you liked it. anyway any new pasta recipe's that you've tried these past few days? hope to hear from you guys :)

I like carbonara as well but i make it a point not to eat it too often as it's fattening with all the cream in the sauce. I prefer aglio olio because it's simple, yet flavourful. I don't mind pesto too, as it's something different from the usual carbonara sauce. However i'm not good in cooking them, so i always turn to my bf whenever i have my cravings.

Wow! Congrats! I love Carbonara with tuna! My friend introduced and cooked that for me a long time ago but she went out of the country. And none of the restaurants here serve that. I miss it a lot. There is a similar version of that though which I really like. Salmon with mangoes with carbonara sauce. It is really good but then again, I still miss the carbonara style tuna pasta...

Oh wow! That sounds lovely. Im salivating. Craving for Tuna Carbonara. Yum! I havent tried cooking any other pasta dish aside from the usual spaghetti and meatballs. But I would love to do other dishes. And try that Carbonara ala Tuna of yours. Its really making me hungry right now. Indeed it is rewarding to see the appreciation from the people around us when they like our work. Good job! Happy cooking!
