Does WRP cookies and milk diet really make you lose 6 lbs in a week?

WRP 6-days Diet - It includes cookies for snacks and milk for breakfast and dinner. The milk and cookies have different flavors, depending on the preference of the one using it.

I've been hearing about this 6-days diet program which includes eating only milk for breakfast and dinner, and cookies for snacks. I've been convincing my mom to lose weight for the past few months and can't seem to make her do it. she doesn't like to work out and prefers eating foods that are unhealthy. Maybe i could convince her this time with the WRP diet since she loves eating sweets. But i'm worried that eating only cookies and milk might not be safe for her. i have a friend who has followed the regimen of the WRP diet program and claims that she did lose at least 6 lbs in a week and she still looks ok. i'm still a bit skeptical of the idea that eating only milk and cookies, although you could have any meal for lunch, could make you lose that much weight in a week. I'd really appreciate if you'd post you comments on this. Thanks.

Although I do not know the way to lose weight,but I think exercise is the best way to lose weight. Moderate physical exercise at the same time the best diet to lose weight.
