is jeetle auction site a genuine site

i found this site where it is main job is auctioning some goods for very low price,i want to know whether this site is a genuine and best site to get some prizes easily?

The site could be legit but i lost around Rs.250 and so decided never to try my luck there again. There are so many bidders there and so the chances of winning is very slim.
