Valentin Day!! i want to know this because in our city one politician party always bans it as they don't have any other topic to be in spot light. They say western culture is taking over it. I say people are deciding their own way to live. What they do in their own personal live and its their wish, why you are bothering them. However i have seen few couple behave very bad in public place, I say take a room and do whatever you people want to do. why doing it on road, this is not our culture. i think the party should start a campaign on behavior and should know that they cant change any one by frightening - people should feel whats wrong and whats right, they should feel the responsibility towards community. Forget it, I am going to celebrate and i am confuse what gift should i give? how about IPOD? or wrist watch? So do you celebrate and what are you planing?

I love to celebrate Valentine's Day! It is the one day we set aside to dedicate our love to our special someone! There are so many ways to show the ones we love just how much they mean to us!

thanks for the response, i also take a leave and spend the whole day with him and making him feel special. We forget all the worries and world for each-other. he takes me for long drive and i buy him a cool gadget. we are total opposite and i think that's makes us complete.

I enjoy Valentine's Day. It's a fun day of love! Although my hubby and I show each other how much we love each other on a daily basis, sometimes it's fun for the excuse to do extra things to show that person. I enjoy making my hubby a Valentine's Day card. We typically exchange a small gift and then go for dinner. Makes for a nice day together!

Usually here people buy their valentines flowers and candy, or if they want something expensive, then jewelry. But an IPOD or wrist watch would certainly be nice presents.

Hello yogeshdhusa..Well, according to your discussions that people in your country are showy and show their own affection to the public area and we can't do anything to stop them. For me, of course,i will celebrate the valentines day because it takes only once a year and it is the day for the lovers. I will buy a simple gift for my hubby because the most important thing I can give to him is my L-O-V-E..

ya, i ignore them but those people try to insult couple going on road. if they find couple sitting in a garden they insult them and i feel that incorrect.. That's a beautiful gift, touch wood. enjoy:)

I don't really celebrate Valentines day, mostly because I think it's kind of ridiculous and sometimes mean toward singles. Like sometimes there are people giving candy and such to couples, so if you're not walking with your loved one you don't get a candy because you're alone. Also I think it's silly because "You should show more love to the loved one", I rather think you should show your loved one love every day of the day and not more on a specific day that has no special meaning. I rather have a celebration with my loved one on our anniversary or such, which hold a special meaning.
