they always think what they are doing is right.but this is not sometimes they are doing very bad.

I like my boss. I don't think he's always right, but I like him because he listens to me, and takes into consideration whatever I say, about whatever we are arguing about. Plus he's funny and he likes me too!

They are not always right. We are humans so we do commit mistakes. Our Bosses need also suggestions and comments for them to be a good leader.
