One of the thing I love to do is to TEXT. I love texting, be just SMS chat or update your facebook status. But I am very geeky and tech-oriented freak. So when it comes to texting, seriously the TOUCH screen phones sucks, at least it is compared to a QWERTY hard pads. And as far as QWERTY is concerned, Blackberry rules out any smartphones including Iphones and other leading smartphones. So if you are anywhere into texting, trust me-Blackberry phones. Nokia's E series is quite a competitor.

I've messed around with a few blackberry phones and some friends and family have used them as well but once they got there hands on an Iphone there was no comparison for them. The simplicity of the Iphone is far superior to that of blackberrys. While they do have a QWERTY keyboard that is not on a touch screen there are many things that they lack. In my personal opinion once you get used to touch screen keyboards it is not difficult at all to type. Though difference of opinion is what makes the world go round.

Thanks I appreciate that. It's not that I am not used to touch screen or anything of the sort, but I am just saying that BB offers the best when it comes to texting(just saying), that is my personal belief...I have my hands solely on BB smartphones....I like Iphones too, but I would recommend Iphone if people are into Applications and gaming and the best of music facilities Iphone has to offer.

Absolutely, that was one of the main reasons I got an iphone. The app store is what really drew me in considering the only competition as far as that goes is the droid which still has a few kinks to be worked out. But I understand where you're coming from with the QWERTY keyboard. Anyways, welcome to myLot!
