Tuition is a need ?

Why does one need to go for tuition if one pays attention in class and knows what s being taught by the teachers ? Tuition is really not necessary.
On the other hand, there is the trend for every students go for tuition nowaday. So, does it implies that the quality of teaching in school has been decreased.....

Yes, it's a waste of time if you are smart enough and able o concentrate during lesson. What if for those who are slow catacher ? We cannot deny that such gruop of students need more attention and there is not enough time for school teacher to do so as the size of class is in a big number.

Thx for your comments.
For those slow catchers also why need tuition they can get help from their friends if their teachers are not having enough time.They can do group discussion every day but if its not possible then at least a week to disclouse their doubts.
Some may hesitate to ask questions and doubts with teacher in school time but they may feel free to ask their friends.
Group discussion,Group study will make help for those slow catcher.

For some people tuition is needed, if their teachers arent good enough or if they have trouble concentrating in class. Not everyone is lucky enough to understand what they are taught the first time, and if they have trouble in a particular subject then tuition can help them out alot. My friend goes to maths tuition once a week and hes really benefited from it. So if the student is really making progress with the tutor, then surely the money will be worth it? After all, those school grades are gonna be with that person for their whole life.

Yes, you are right. There are two main factors that consume to why tuition become a need. One is students themselves who cannot concentrate in school or any personal problems. Second is the teacher's problem either teaching methods or not knowing thoroughly the subject that are teaching.

i would say that for some students tutoring is needed because they cannot concentrate properly in class and that is because of many different factor. some students tend to be distracted by the slightest movement and some students are slow in learning stuff. i have been tutoring students for the past 3 years and i have found that some students can understand things as they are told and some students i have to break down simple lines in simpler form so they can understand, some students read and understand while some just don't. so i recommend tuition so that students can have better understanding over what they are doing.

Yes, I agree with your points here. We are all humans and definitely have different in term of absorbing knowledge. Will it be better if the class size in school become smaller and easier for a teacher to manage the students.

Tuition is a need ?
Sorry but can you tell me what tuition means??
As tuition is the cost for the education and related expenses like the teachers salaries and overhead costs.
Now if you saying tutors then at times students require tutors as sometimes the lessons are way too difficult and the additional assistance is required. Some schools provide free tutors while others do charge a fee. I do not see anything wrong with anyone seeking tutors as better to get additional help then to fail a class because the student did not reach out to seek additional help.

Either pay or free tuition, the need is the main issue. If the lesson is understandable by all students, then why there is a need for tuition ? I mean the education wise is well plan in the school.

Tutor is not only teaching but also checking the study works of children. A really tutor must be encourage them to like study more.
the quality of teaching in school is not depend on tutors. I think you'll know about this clearly.

Supposedly tutor's responsibility is different from school teacher as you said. Well, something weird here is those parents when they send their children to tuition will request the exactly same syllabus which is teaching in school. So, tutor has to cover the school work as well....

I think it's mostly depend on the students themselves. If the student understand the lessons quite well, then there's no neccesity to go for tuition. If not, then the tuition is needed.
In my opinion, the trend that more and more students go for tuition doesn't imply a lower level of teaching quality, but the increasing competition, and people place more and more weight on education nowadays.

Parents nowadays afford and willing to pay for their children's education. But then, the parents really understand their children education's needs. Not simply send them for tuition and pay the fees. Family education also plays an important role.
