how to turn on bluetooth adapter in dell(windows 7)

hello mylotters, i got a serious problem in my dell inspiron n5010 laptop, i accidentally,i tried googleing and reading in my dell community but everywhere they explained how to add new devices,please help me to recover this problem........

hi vamship by pressing f2 or wireless key in all dell laptops will work

First turn on your wireless button. Then re-install your bluetooth driver software. I think it is Broadcom wireless bluetooth module. If everything goes well, i'm sure that your problem will be solved.... all the best.

Hello vamship, try to recover all your drivers using dell recovery centre if you had created a recovery disc. otherwise reinstall a fresh copy of your operating system provided by Dell and install all the drivers again. you can download missing drivers from Dell's official website http://supportapj.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=in&l=en&s=gen using your service tag printed on back bottom panel of your laptop.

hmm, I'm not sure what to suggest? did you install the driver for the adapter? I'm surprised nothing helpful has come from Googling. have you tried using the windows help pages? Like I said, I suspect it's a driver issue? give me more info and I'll try to help?

its all installed with factory settings i.e blue driver amd yes as you told i tried searching windows help but it is exactly telling what to do,while i m asking about how to turn on bluetooth adapter it is how to add device.... my OS is windows 7 ultimate 64 bit ......
