notice of your death

Think of this, you are on vacation and your read a notice of your death in the paper. What would you do? I would want to know how I died, if it was illness, accident or murder? Then I would consider if I could just remain dead and start a new life? No at my age that wouldn't work. Next I would be worried about my loved ones and want to stop their pain. But then I would again take a look at how I died. If I was murdered was it a random act? Was there someone who wanted me dead? And if I was still alive who was dead. I hope you like this discussion and have fun with it.

Sure, why not and whole new life. All present problems left behind. Okay so you miss your family. Well there is a price for everything.

Seeing this kind of notice would absolutely devastate me. All i would be able to think of is my family reading such a horrible mistake. I would be on the first phone I could find to the newspaper and find out how this happened.

I was 70 past, last time I donated blood. It happened at an RV Park in Harlingen Texas, and after the donation I almost passed out. Thanks to a Nurse I was revived with orange juice, and able to make it back to the Trailer. Next day a person from the Park Office handed me a letter in a red envelope. Imagine my dismay, when I read that my blood could not be used because it was contaminated with the HIV Virus. O.M.G! what to do now? My wife, a level-headed, retired, RN, explained that occasionally a blood sample, although perfectly ok will come up as being contaminated with HIV. This was 7 years ago, and as far as I know today, I am perfectly healthy! But, I'll never take a chance like that again! One HIV infection is enough for me!

This is actually a very interesting discussion topic. I would be very worried, and shocked to find this out. And like you I would want to know what actually happened to me. I would want to try and find out as much as I can about this situation. I'd want to know, because this is about me and my life.

That reminds me of a movie called Lovely Bones. Strange movie. I guess I would be worried about those things too. I could think of a few people to visit and shake some plates or something around

This is a difficult one Pat, yes it's gonna come one of this days, the only question is when and how, they say the moment you are born in this earth you are already condemned to die, maybe that's what makes it exciting or scary, but to get advanced notice hahaha
