Is Barack Obama the best president?

Best is a subjective and vague term...:) Also, it really depends on person's criteria of what's an ideal leader. In my opinion, he still has a lot of something to prove.:)

I'm Indonesia where Obama childhood is...., i think he is the best n he make a new direction to the world especially to the human value in america n world that we are human with dialog approach not war.

It should not be - Is Barack Obama the best President? It should be Barack Obama is the best President, as voted by the American People! For God's sake stand up for your President! America has too many problems right now, without casting doubt on the President! America needs every citizen to pull together behind President Obama! I have a few that I like, can't really say who ran it best. Obama is certainly not the best. I am neither a republican nor democrat. Firstly, there are more than two parties. Secondly, parties are useless. Bush or Obama? Yeah not even going to answer that one.

Recently, I asked the same question to someone whom I believed is in good position to answer the question. Here's the answer I got: Obama has the best programs but he doesn't get much support from other leaders and many people are attacking him with criticisms and that affected people's trust on his capability.

The question raised opens a subjective replies from the reader since every individual has his or her own unique preferences. Barrack Obama is a good choice to lead America. It just happens that he has inherited serious problems from the past administration and he is placed in a crumbling world economy. I think, Obama's performance as President is determined according to how he handles the ongoing economic crisis world wide. So far, US is still struggling to recover until now and it doesn't speak well of Obama as of yet. Definitely, America will overcome it. How soon? I do not know.

Democrat accommodate people wants, republican accommodate government wants. Bush wants US be the no. 1 in the world, Obama wants US and world as a unity. I am not US citizen but I choose Democrat and Barrack Obama as good and better than before but still there is no best yet in US.
