Why do we have to defend God?

God does not need anyone's defense. Whether people believe Him or not, He remains God and none the less. He can defend Himself without lifting a finger. But really, if we want to be on His side, our best defense is to show in our action what kind of God we have. He is loving, patient, forgiving, and just.

Proverbs 27:11 (King James Version) "My son, be wise, and make my heart glad, that I may answer him (Satan the Devil) that reproacheth me." It's all about understanding the issues. Satan the Devil has challenged or boasted (read the book of Job) that he can turn anyone one away from serving God. So as this drama plays out, we have the choice as to whose side we will take on this issue, God's or Satan's. So when we speak up for God we are showing our choice and answering that we will serve God. If someone insults or lies about our earthly father would we remain silent or would we speak up and tell the truth? God appreciates us taking his side. Every time one of us does that, it gives me one more reason to show Satan how wrong he is. To understand the issues better please read Genesis 3:1-5 and and Job chapters 1 and 2.

No! No one has to defend G-d! It may seem to some that they Need to defend their belief in G-d, but that is different.G-d and the belief in Him is their for those who Need or want it. All others will Never get it and that is ok. I like that there is a freedom From religion. This way no one is forced to believe anything.

God doesn't need human defense, but we as mere humans need God's help. When someone talks about their religion or faith, they defend themselves or their faith that they carry, not God. In fact we need to be on his side, like to support truth when falsehood is a competitor. For God to be on our side, first, we need to be on his side, to show that we believe in him. Its us who gotta prove our loyalty in words and action to him, not that he needs our defense to prove himself.

God does not need to be defended. What people are really defending are their beliefs. Don't count on them all being true. They even know this. Why else would they fight so hard. God places truth in the world to be discovered. What we do with truth is entirely up to each of us. It's a test of intelligence. It's education. God will love us all Unconditionally!!

In your opinion,God bring you good and safty,so you have to pretend him,you will become religious.But I don't think so.

I defend God because I have faith. My faith in Him is so immense that I don't need an answer at all. I don't know how to explain further. That's just it. I defend God because of my faith in Him.
