How happy are you when the teacher you hate most is not around?

LOL I recalled these events during my primary school days. We had a teacher in history when I was a third grader who was very strict and would always shout at us even if she just heard a very small noise. Sometimes, I thought of that she was somewhat insane or what. When she will be the next subject teacher, we will be all silent and nervous as we hear her loud footsteps. It seems like death will enter the classroom.LOL The other thing that I hate of her was that she was sharing stories and her experiences which were just all lie. One of my proofs was that she said that when she moved into a new house, she took a video of it around. And as she captures every moment, she said she saw different kinds of supernatural beings like ghosts. monsters, zombies, etc. It seemed that my classmates were believing her. Ugh. I think she really was insane. When there was a day that she was not around or absent. The whole class would dance and laugh! (Except the timid and shy ones of course.) Those days that she was not around became our heaven. OOh, the peace of mind! :D

In such instances I will definitely be carrying the feeling that I am saved fro being harassed publicly in the classroom by being asked questions of a toughre and unanswerable nature.

yeah i remember those days.We used to be very happy when our maths teacher used to have an off.Actually our maths teacher was a real bore. We had this rule in our school that if your teacher is having an off and no other teacher is presently free to take your class then we used to get zero period. In zero period one can go and play in school playground or either go in the library.I used to be the class monitor at that time(my classmate used to call me hitler on my back as i was very strict). But first we had to ask principals permission for zero period, my classmate always used to force me to ask permission as principal used to like me a lot.

LOL yes. I also have a boring teacher when I was a fourth grader. He was an English teacher and seemed that he did not know how to teach properly. But I doubt it because he already was a teacher four years before.

Hi dear, I would like to interpret the same in a different way. How scary when the teacher is around, the one who hates the most. I am not a student now. But whenever I read your topic, I got scared of the teacher who taught me around 25 years ago. Yes it is true. He was a monster. But was a good teacher for those who studies better and students like me and many others, he was a nightmare for the entire life time. Even after these many years also, I am scared when I think of him. He used to teach social studies and English. Whenever he enters the class room, I will become ‘0’ and whatever I learned would forget immediately. And it is sure that there would be one question every day for me. So, I used to study everything, leaving all other subjects. Also, he used to ask questions in such a way that I found difficult to answer. At last, I will be punished and he will make large noise and all. I don’t even know why he did the same to some of the students only. Although I was an average, I used to get pass mark in all his subjects and exams. But I was so happy that on the road side I saw him and he give me a BIG SMILE!!! Thank-s

I remember that I am so happy and there's a very comfortable feeling inside me. I can smell the fresh air outside the class room window when that math teacher of mine is not around:)

It's not really hate that I felt. Probably more on disappointment. I was under a little pressure back in my middle school days since my older brother (2 years older than me) was really good in school. I had an old History teacher who always tell us her frustrations on the school system. It was a one-hour class and I think we only discussed history for only 15 minutes. (It was long ago so it might be an exaggerated figure). Anyway, each time she had to miss class, I felt relieved since the substitute teacher was really very good at teaching us.

When I was still schooling, I always took my teachers for granted. The 'ferocious tiger' teachers were the least likable one. During teachers day, these so cold fierce teachers sure got the least gifts gifts from the students. Now, I am matured enough to understand why those teachers were very fierce. I can see that they are not really fierce by nature. I can see that among their friends they are very kind. I realized that because of these fierce teachers make me who am I today. Maybe I put it wrongly here, they were not fierce actually but they were strict. Oh yes they were good in motivating us and very creative in their teaching. But they would never compromise for any laziness and so on. So yes I did happy when the teacher I hate the most is not around but if I can turn back the clock, I will be so sad if the teacher is not around because I surely missed a valuable lesson from that teacher.

I don't hate any teachers. I was a good kid. Well-loved by all who taught me. Well-loved by all my class mates. I was so famous. All of them were sad when we have to graduate. My teachers cried.. tears of joy they finally got rid of me. Ha ha... Come on, all teachers are teaching us things. Don't hate them ok? Maybe you might end up a teacher some day. Then you will know how you once hated teachers.
