The best leaders are those who can lead and direct without misuse of their power. They must be able to inspire others in a direction or greater good. They must be strong enough to stand firm in decision making and leading others without an egotistical attitude.A great team leader will encourage others to brain storm and contribute to the whole. They also lead by example and intelligently. They are also good listeners. What do you think it?

A good leader should possess a double edged broad sword and a shield. He should also be powerful and strong and doesn't die when shot by an atomic bomb. He should have the name Frontvisions to add to all the coolness.

A friend once told me a leader is one who leads by example. And she does...therefore one who walks her talk. I think my friend is wise and right for she is effective in her job. And this I believe are important qualities of a leader.

A leader, in the first place, should not be a boss. Most of the people think that a boss and a leader are just the same. Remember, a Boss says "Go" while a leader says "Let's Go". A leader must not just order his members tasks which he won't do. a leader does not lead by pointing and telling his members some place to go. He/She lead by going to that place himself/herself and making a case. If you really want people to respond to your leadership, you have to have a personal relationship with them. It is important because we can earn the trust of our members and they will learn to follow our orders. The leader must himself belive that willing obedience always beats forced obedience. If you want to be a leader of the people, you must learn to watch events. By not knowing what is happening to our surroundings, we cannot come up with a plan which can help improve your team. Do not worry about holding a high position; worry rather about playing your proper role. Use power to help people. For we are given power not to advance our own purposes. Power is the ability to prevail and if you have it, you must, at the same time, assiduously avoid taking the privilege seriously.
