Have you ever felt tired with the demands & the formality of a profession ...??? Have you ever felt tired of the title that you wear, you get a degree, the position you hold, a position which you have achieved ...??? for example: A policeman who is ABSOLUTE MUST not be a crime A priest who is ABSOLUTE MUST not be committing sin A doctor who is ABSOLUTE MUST not be making mistakes in treating etc ... Everything MUST be ABSOLUTE 'straight' out of place, perfect and flawless. Do not they think that the profession bears the org2 who are also human ...??? I mean here is, I'm not a persuasive act to incite you to take offense and come out of the corridor 'straight' I'm just asking it,,, have you ever felt tired by all the things that stick to you? Why the people are very demanding and expect too much ..? How to charge strength when we feel tired ..????

Yes, right now. A secretary must always be helpful, happy and smiling, even when she puts up with crappy people. The only thing I have seen that works for me when I'm feeling like that is to plan some holiday, but at the moment I can't plan anything so I just feel trapped. You ask why people ask too much? Because we give it to them. We keep on squeezing ourselves to give always more, eventually people get used to this, it becomes a standard and you will never be able to do less than that, even though it shouldn't be normal.

When the profession and the work is an absolute necessity for our lives, really, we could do nothing but continue to maintain performance without any errors.

Hi. nakula2009. I agree. I am a full time mother and many people expect so much out of me. They insult and judge me for the things that they would rather see me doing. But they seem to forget to praise and acknowledge the things that I am actually doing. In their eyes, they expect me to be doing so much when I already have enough on my hands. It gets to be really tiresome at times, it really does.

Yes, I do feel this everytime I'm in pressure with work and when I did watch some tragic news about the recent happenings in our place; floods, accidents, etc. it does affect me considering I have to be really cautious myself.

When we chose your profession, you know the demand and the intricacies it would entail. Hence, being that, you should be prepared for the tiring ways it would entail you. But i guess, if you love your profession, you will not get tired of it. You will love it until the end. I like my job and i love it. The demands that go with it are challenges that motivate you more to bring out the best in you.
