I gather by your picture and tags, you have a DSL connection.
Ever try dial-up? Let me tell you about my nightmares.
Let me tell you about my nightmares.

Hello ladeboheme. Yeah, I have a DSL connection that makes me annoying always because if it is raining my connection is not good because I connect it and it will disconnect again. It is always happened to me all the time if there is a rain. DSL is good if it is sunny day. I didn't try the dial up and I don't know if it is really works good.
Well, thanks for sharing your comments with us and have a nice day ahead.

Oh no, careguarden, you do NOT want to try dial-up. I know it doesn't work good, hence my comment about 'let me tell you about my nightmares'. I was being facetious.
Dial-up is antiquated and nothing works on that slow connection anymore. Until this year, when hi-speed finally became available in my area and I was able to switch, I had no choice but to use dial-up. It sucks!
I have a cable connection and so far, although I've only had it a month, no problems. But anything is a million times faster or better than dial-up. (And I mean that literally when I say a million times faster.)
