If we got a ticket in traffic, you want to ask for peace or the court? Sometimes if we rush to accelerate the process we give the money 'tip' for the police. Make ID cards? who want to express? It also depends on how many dollars we wrote 'Leave' to ID card maker, right?

I agree with you. we are now very close to corruption. that you convey the above are still a few examples and I'm sure there are many more examples that we often do. The closest corruption time (when working). But why do we still do it even possible until tomorrow, and so on. to the point that what we are doing this to our culture. a corrupt culture. ultimately create our understanding that considers it normal to happen. understanding is what is known as permisifisme attitude. certainly be a hassle because we already consider it fair. should not that right? Unfortunately, low enforcement (law enforcement) are also much neglected law enforcement officials so that we do not realize (after a long time to be complacent) that we are doing is criminal. bribing the police so that we do not ticket is a criminal, right? even so, we do not deserve blame as well if only the officers. we start from us for the repairs. I personally hope we can all be free from this permisifisme attitude. So my comment, sorry if there are less precise.

Severe is the official agency of Taxation, land agencies, civil records, and customs. Indeed, for customs, Finance Minister now intends to fix, but like that I say, need the support of all components of society. However this must end culture of corruption, let's start from ourselves.

Not the real dilemma, the problem is the problem of corruption has been rooted too deeply, to fix need a strong determination of all components of the nation and also the willingness to make sacrifices. However this must end culture of corruption, let's start from ourselves.

bribes? bribery is the social impact that is difficult to remove. should be recognized that our nation is very friendly dang graft. public service even if the road was difficult without any bribes or kickbacks. said the money was lubricant business. if you have money all inevitably goes wrong. but we must learn to obey the rules. why should bribe if indeed we are right! people who do this are those who do not have the ability and confidence. so ..... combat bribery in a way: do not ever give any small bribe and in any form. it ok ....?
