There are many weight loss and fitness programs in this world, but we all know that not every program is good . Actually, some of them are just scam and useless. On the other hand, I think most of the people do need some good advise on dealing with their weight when facing a health problem like too fat, too much this or that.It has to start somewhere before it is too late to do anything. Will you use others advice when you are facing such a problem or you will just do nothing about it except keep on eating and let it be.Share with us.

I need a good weight loss program, but now I have to be careful which one I used because I was just diagnosed with diabetes type to. I am always looking for a weight loss program that is safe for a diabetic to use.

Sad to say Wildlittlefan, I don't listen to anyone who recommends a weight loss program. I do some exercises, but I don't take care of my body like I should. I have weights, a bicycle exerciser, and a ab exercise machine. I don't use them like I should.

I would not go on any weight lose program someone recommend to me. Most of the those programs are fad diets. You lose weight realy quit and then a person loses interest and gains all the weight lost back! If I have to go on a weight lose program it will be my chose and something I can live with for the rest of my life!

Well, it depends on the person recommending it to me. If the program was effective to that person, then definitely I'll try it. And when I say effective, there should be a very visible change in his or her weight.

If I see that a friend of mine has had great success with a weight loss program and they are able to prove to me that it isn't some kind of a trend weight loss program then I would be willing to give it a try. This means that most weight loss programs that other people use are not something that I am going to try out because most of the weight loss programs that you hear people talking about are fad trends and they don't lead to lasting weight loss.

Actually, I'm just looking for someone to recommend me a program - but there's a catch - we have to go through it together. For the past two years, I've done nothing but jogging for exercise, which was really good for me, it was enough not only to keep me fit, but also to clear my thoughts in the evening and help me relax before sleep. But this year we're experiencing a really rough winter, and running is out of the question for one more month, at least. So I'm looking for an alternative. I don't like going to the gym, but I think I would do it, if somebody else comes with me, as a fitness partner. So I'm telling people that I'm willing to join any program they're currently enrolled in, if they're willing to do it together. I only have two offers so far, and I'll make a decision by the end of the week.
