Will February be Palin-Free?

Columnist Dana Milbank of the Washington Post is calling for a media boycott of Sarah Palin for the month of February. He wants a solemn pledge from his colleagues that they will neither mention nor write a singe word about Palin so as to establish a "Palin-free" month. Personally, I don't think he can do it. However, being able to truthfully label his need to write about her as his "obsession", he has taken the first of the twelve steps to recovery.
Chris Matthews might be able to handle it. Although Matthews normally couldn't get through 28 days without expressing his misogyny, he's got Michele Bachmann to call "ballon-head".
When asked what she thought of the boycott, Palin seemed pleased:
"sounds good, because there's a lot of chaos in Cairo, and I can't wait to not get blamed for it--at least for a month."
Not to worry, I hear they're blaming Bush.
In case they call for a Palin-free month in mylot, I am posting my Palin threads today.

I don't care who it is...I'd love to see February be a "politician" free month!!! I need a month of free air without hearing what ANY politician has had to say!!! It doesn't matter what political affiliation they have...if their mouth opens, a lie will just jump out!!!!

Considering no one would have to call for a Dana Milbank boycott for us to go a whole month without hearing his name, I'd say...
So what! lol

The liberals can not leave her alone. The only way they can look good is to make others look bad. Any strong conservative voice will be attacked. They will blame her for things that others said trying to act like her. Look at SNL and the skit that had her saying I can see Russia from my back yard. She never said it but they all treat it as though she said it and not a actress playing her.
Can the press go Palin Free for a month? I don't think so because then we might learn the truth about President Obama and his liberal friends.

I don't think they can do it, either. Some might make it through but others would choke and not be able to avoid the name Palin. For instance, what if something happened that they needed to blame her for? How could they avoid commenting about her Facebook posts, her speeches, her tweets? Horrors!

I agree with you. I don't think any of them will be able to do it. I don't even know who Dana Milbank is but there's no way Matthews could do it. He would build up so much pressure, his brain would explode. Remember the Martians in "Mars Attacks" after they started hearing the country music? That would be Chris Matthews along about the 27th day.

I cannot say this because it would be uncivil rhetoric, but if Chris Matthews' head were to explode like a Martian forced to listen to country music, it would only be appropriate since he calls Michele Bachmann "balloon head". I think it would be fitting for him to have his own ballooning head.

SHE'S EVERYWHERE!
Besides Egypt IS her fault. They found out she was going on vacation there & revolted.
