Pregnant people don't take their Multivitamins

I was surprised to hear from my pregnant patients that people from the health center are not advising multivitamins to their patients.I am so sad that the management of the midwives in the center are not at par with the current knowledge that we have in the hospital.Perhaps they do not want to study anymore or at least update their selves.

I think that alot of the old practices have been forgotton or ignored and that in many aspects we need to look out for ourselves in the general well being side as sad as that is.
