I just bought my acer aspire netbook. I absolutely love it. Its portable, powerful, and great for just about anything I can think of. Its the first netbook i've bought, and I think I will continue buying netbooks for my personal computer. Does anyone else have a netbook? and if yes, what kind and what do you love about them?

At first I thought netbook sucked, but when my girlfriend bought one and I had several chances using it, I think that it was decent enough until I had to own one myself, so I did. So after using mine and then having my own laptop, I realize that netbook is good for traveling but can never be as good as laptop or a desktop. I'm okay with it just for surfing the web, as for anything else, I'll stick to a laptop or desktop.

Yeah its not great for gaming and doing many things at once, but for just surfing, writing, and watching movies its absolutely great except for the inky dinky screen.

I personally have always preferred a desktop or a laptop as a netbook usually has such a small screen and with my eye condition I believe it would cause to much strain on my eyes. I do like the fact that they're so small when it comes to travelling though.

Yeah I used to have a desktop so I kind of wanted to just change it up and get a laptop. Then i said to heck with it and got a baby netbook, that only has a 10 inch screen. I love how small it is and how lightless it feels for traveling, but theres definitely a strain on my eyes.

i dont have a netbook but planning on having one, its a lenovo, i prefer lenovo not because of style but because of my working experience, i am usually exposed to all the brands and i found lenovo to be the one on top my list but that doesn't mean acer is bad

Man I didn't come across lenovo when I was researching netbooks. Now I do. Thanks and I'll be sure to look into them for my future netbook purchases
