Why would I enter this relationship and how do i feel about the other person?
I was listening to the radio and heard a topic about this. The disc jockeys asked the listeners the reason why they entered their present relationship and what they feel about the person before they entered the relationship. Almost half of the listeners said that their infatuated with the person and really had a big crush on them. Let's enumerate the reasons of the girls and guys
girls: tall, dark, handsome, fun to be with, bad boy image, mysterious, good looking, cute, has a flashing car and so on describing the physical aspect of the guys. and also how thick their wallet is (with cards or money)
guys: huge humps in the back and in the front, trophy gf, older than them, knows how to cook and good in bed...
now the disc jockeys were really surprised with the reasons why young adults enter a relationship. it seems like its all because of physical attraction and their thinking that love will just creep into it after all the lust evaporates.
sadly most of the listeners who enumerated these reasons either are alone now or had a bad broken relationship with their partner.
if you ask me why i entered my present relationship, its because I asked God for him. he's the right one for me. he's not perfect, doesn't have the best body in the world, doesn't have a lot of money in his pocket but it really doesn't matter at all. we understand each other and love each others flaws and perfection. though he's not perfect in the eyes of the others for me he is and the right person.

The fact is, traditionally, men are still very visual. So if a girl they see have great physical looks, then most likely they get infatuated, and then they make the initial move to have a relationship.
Now I can't speak for all women, but I think they are motivated by something else. If it were instinct, then I guess that is as good a reason as anything else.

If someone was to ask me why I am in the relationship that I am in right now, I would tell them that I just knew from the moment that I started talking to him that we were meant to be with each other. We met through the internet just over nine years ago and I knew that he was the person that I would be spending the rest of my life with before I even knew what he looked like and how much money that he had. It was all about his honesty that attracted me to him.

Yes, i agree. Ask ourself before entering a relationship. Ask ourself what we want in the relationship and what we are looking forward to, in that relationship. It need not be physical compatible because looks are only on the appearance. What really happens between a couple is usually oblivious to the public. We love with our heart and feelings should be more important than anything else.
