Hi Friends, You were ask to give idea about an issue and you came up with the idea and it was accepted at the same time. You feel so happy that your idea was accepted. Sounds very impressive, but some people think this is the biggest impediment to innovation, or even any action. What we need today is the confidence to go wrong. The ability to quickly recognize mistakes, and to learn from them is often more important than to be right. We need to make decisions in a rapidly changing world where we don’t have all the information – quick first steps, listening to responses, and smart improvisations will give us success more often. Waiting to act until we perfect our plan can take forever and results in a lack of action. I believe that first time right is a good thing if we have time crunch but given enough time I would like to dare to go wrong and learn a lesson. what do you think?

Hello! In my view, action is always first.I have also a perfectionist, and tend to have a good idea to not take immediate action, and missed numerous opportunities.Later,I've learned that actions will always be first.Without action, everything is empty.
