Wow, can you believe it? I just heard a news report where a city mayor wondered if this snow would overwhelm his city infrastructure.
Mr. Mayor, I think that's what makes it a "disaster".
The fact that millions of people, in up to 24 states will be effected by it, well, that's just a statistic.
Here's hoping you prepared for the worst... here's wishing you all the best!
See you on the other side of the storm.

I just hope everyone stays safe. It is coming down in buckets at the moment. I don't plan on going anywhere for the next couple of days. We are supposed to get 20 to 30 inches where I'm at. We've already had a lot of snow so not sure where they'll put it all. Should be interesting.

I'm always prepared. I woke up this morning to see the trees and roads covered in ice and we'll get more today before it changes over to rain and then snow tomorrow. It's not as bad as they said it might be but there's over 24 hours left so it could go either way.
I had a craving for split pea soup so went to the store yesterday for the split peas--what a zoo! But it's nice to be in a state where people prepare for things instead of just letting them happen. A lot of my neighbors didn't go to work today, they are smart to stay off the streets!
