I wish I was a weather person because it is one job I could be 50% wrong and still get paid....LOL Just a little mad at the weather person we have. One day they tell us it is going to be such and such and it turns out to be just the opposite .....LOL But they still get paid to say what they think the weather will be. Do you get upset with your weather person?

I don't really watch a weather report in my country, Indonesia. We only have two seasons which is dry and wet. We only need to bring along a hat on dry season and a rain coat or an umbrella on a wet season. No Need a wether report to tell us how the day would be.

Heck I don't know what you need to be a weather person. But don't sound like any of them can even guess what the weather is going to be. My grandmother God bless her could tell you what the weather was going to be by the signs that was all around her. If there are stars at night not likely it will rain. She was a full blooded Indian and she could tell you the weather better then any weather person I have ever seen. And she didn't even have a high school education......LOL

Do you have to get a certification to be a weather person? Or does it need only a hunch to be a weather person?

There you are, I conclude the weather persons now only go with their hunch. Our ancestors are more capable in many aspects than people nowadays.

These were times when I was upset with the weather report because it was 100% inaccurate. The report said there would be thunderstorm but turned out to be quite sunny. I don't blame the weather person, though because it's not all his fault. Actually, his fault is only accepting that job where he'll just be told what to tell the viewers. I blame the support team behind it all. They're the ones responsible for all the calls. If I could be unreasonable here, I'd also like to blame their equipments for telling what's about to come because crappy calls are giving me the impression that their equipment is already outdated.

LOL...I live in Iowa. I don't know what the weather is until I step outside. I don't even bother watching or listening to the weather anymore. The sun shines when it rains or snows...what gives???

I live in Missouri this is the worst weather we have had in years. I watch the weather to see what I need to do for the day. Since our job is an outside job we have to know what the weather will be. That is odd for the sun to shine even when it rains or snows.
